In a business where political expediency is the norm, Judy always stuck to her guns and did what she thought was right. She was a great example to so many people for so many years, and Illinois simply won't be the same without her. Topinka was a public servant in the state of Illinois for over 30 years, serving in the Illinois House of Representatives, Senate, and as the Illinois Treasurer and Comptroller. She passed away early Wednesday, December 10 after complications from a stroke. ### f t # e 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
