Lebanon and Penn Hills District Offices. Effective Thursday, November 19 until further notice, all PA-17 District Office locations will be closed to the public, with staff operating remotely during normal office hours (Monday Friday from 9:00AM 5:30PM) to assist constituents. The continued increase of COVID-19 cases in our region requires us to take precautions to protect one another, said Lamb. My office will continue to help constituents on a remote basis with no interruption in service. I strongly encourage everyone to take this public health emergency seriously and to follow the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), PA DOH and local public health officials: wear a mask, wash your hands and practice social distancing.
