Langworthy. “I’m proud to sponsor legislation to reauthorize USDA’s Distance Learning and Telemedicine Program, which has been instrumental in connecting our rural communities to quality care. According to the USDA, this rural development investment will be used to equip three hub/end-user sites in Cattaraugus County.
