Anyone who participated in, enabled, or covered up the heinous crimes of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell must be held fully accountable. By passing this bill, Congress is ensuring full transparency and giving the American people the truth they’ve asked for. The Department of Justice must pursue charges wherever the evidence leads,” said Congressman Lawler. “Justice for the victims of these senseless crimes should never be a bargaining chip. Protecting the dignity and privacy of survivors must remain a top priority, and lawmakers, the media, and the public all have that responsibility after today’s vote,” concluded Congressman Lawler.
