Oakland-based AIDS Project of the East Bay and Native American Health Services, Inc will both receive $500,000 to provide HIV and Hepatitis testing, substance abuse treatment, recovery support services and case management to East Bay youth. I am pleased to announce that these two organizations have been selected to receive this vital funding, said Congresswoman Lee.
