Lujan Grisham said. “I am very concerned with the proposal pending with the FCC to overturn net neutrality and create ‘fast lanes’ which would allow internet service providers to unfairly discriminate against certain companies and consumers.  This would jeopardize economic growth in New Mexico where our innovators and small companies depend on an open, free, and fair internet.” The FCC is scheduled to consider the proposal by the Trump Administration on Dec. 14 to repeal the Net Neutrality rule adopted in 2015. Nearly 4 million public comments to the FCC supported that rule. ### 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
