The latest executive overreach from the President’s administration has been more overbearing and unfair regulations from the EPA. Their new, harsh rule stifles job creation and threatens our economy. For example, under the EPA’s regulations, electrical utility companies in my district will have to spend large amounts of money to meet the new bureaucratic requirements. Unfortunately, much of this cost would be passed on to their consumers, harming working families and seniors in Kansas. That’s why we are voting to strengthen our energy security, infrastructure and promote job growth by stopping harmful regulations.
