"The Left wants to strip the rights of parents in every way possible and put unrestricted 'abortion-on-demand' at the top of their priority list - even if it puts minors at risk. That is why I am proud to be joined by my colleagues in the House in introducing the Parental Notification and Intervention Act. This legislation would prevent abortion providers from performing abortions on minors until the minor’s parents have received written notification that their child has requested an abortion and until they have had a 96-hour window within which they can intervene. Debbie Lesko (R-AZ), Diana Harshbarger (R-TN), Lauren Boebert (R-CO), Alex Mooney (R-WV), Paul Gosar (R-AZ), and is being led in the U.S. Senate by Senator Mike Braun (R-IN).
