The legislation reaffirms Title IX’s original intent by clearly defining sex as “male” and “female” as biologically determined. This ensures Title IX cannot be reinterpreted by radical leftists or activist judges to erase women’s opportunities, fairness, or privacy. The bill further clarifies that Title IX allows schools to maintain sex-segregated bathrooms, locker rooms, and athletic or academic programs, and it prevents the Department of Education from stripping funding from schools that uphold biological truth. “The Left is erasing decades of progress for women by forcing girls to compete and share private spaces with men.
