I voted to reopen the government, put Americans first, and ensure Congress gets back to regular order,” said Congresswoman Miller. The continuing resolution delivers full-year funding for key appropriations bills, including Military Construction–Veterans Affairs and Agriculture, Rural Development, FDA, and Related Agencies. The agriculture bill includes $4.5 million in community project funding that Congresswoman Miller secured for the Delbert Mundt Water Treatment Plant Expansion in Shelby County. This investment will modernize rural water infrastructure and ensure safe, reliable water for Illinois communities.
