Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Conference of the Parties (COP21): I commend President Obama, Secretary Kerry, and the entire Administration for their leadership in securing an ambitious climate agreement at the COP21 Paris Climate Summit, said Congresswoman Doris Matsui.
