Tribal Health Program A $13,600,000 loan to the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians will be used to construct a facility to expand medical services in the county and the surrounding area. The Shingle Springs Tribal Health Program is one of three facilities in the El Dorado County area that accept Medi-Cal patients.
