The Lynchburg Regional Airport received $8 million for terminal upgrades, following the recent visit of U.S. Secretary of Transportation Sean P. Duffy for a visit to the Fifth District with Representative John McGuire. The funding will allow the airport to expand the current passenger terminal, creating better passenger flow and accessibility. “Virginia’s Fifth District is a top destination for travelers coming to experience our rich history or attend one of our incredible institutions of higher learning,” said Rep.
