Patrick brings a passion for getting results and reaching out to communities across Washington's Fifth Congressional District,said Cathy.He has a deep understanding ofthe issues facing our region, and I'm excited for him to take onthis newrole to assist me as we work to listen, learn, and lead on behalf of the people of Eastern Washington. A Springdale, Washington, native, Patrick's family raised beef and alfalfa when he was younger. In 2008, Patrick was a U.S. Fulbright Fellow to Austria where he researched energy and climate policy. He previouslyheld roles as Director of New Media for Cathy at the House Republican Conference (2010-2012), as Cathy's Campaign Manager during 2018, andinherSpokane office as Deputy District Director since January 2019. Previously, Patrick served as Associate Director of State Relations and Director of Special Projects for the Office of the President at the University of Washington. NOTE:Traci Couture will be transitioning to the Spokane Teaching Health Center to serve as their Executive Director.
