I look forward to continuing our work to secure further transformational investments that will reduce commuting times and modernize our passenger rail infrastructure.” Congressman Menendez joined federal, state, and local leaders in North Bergen to commemorate the start of work on the Tonnelle Avenue Bridge and Utility Relocation Project, a component of the Hudson Tunnel Project. This work will establish a right-of-way for the new Northeast Corridor alignment under Tonnelle Avenue, provide access to tunnel boring machines, and enable further construction on the new Hudson Tunnels. 1 2026-03-30T01:40:41Z 2026-04-08T01:01:09Z
