This bill will address age discrimination against older job applicants in the United States by amending the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 to prohibit employers from limiting, segregating, or classifying applicants for employment. "Older job applicants face considerable barriers when applying for a job, simply because of their age. I voted in favor of Protect Older Job Applicants Act to offer seniors a chance at justice by requiring employers to implement fair and non-discriminatory hiring practices across the board.
