Our state relies on access to trade with both Canada and Mexico, and bringing Canada back into this agreement is a major victory. As a representative for Mid-Michigan, home of American auto manufacturing, I am encouraged by the progress this agreement makes in supporting high-paying manufacturing jobs. Michigan's agriculture is also the second most diverse in the nation, and I'm pleased this trilateral agreement supports American farmers.
