The department also confirmed that Americans made less money in October because of inflation. According to CNBC, "the Labor Department said real wages after inflation fell 0.5% from September to October, the product of a 0.4% increase in average hourly earnings that was more than offset" by the surge in inflation. "President Biden and the Democrats spent $2 trillion in March, $1 trillion last week, and now they want to come back next week and pass another bill that will spend trillions more. They are spending the hard earned money of Michigan families with no regard for the inflation and higher prices those families are facing for gas, groceries, and everything else," said Congressman John Moolenaar.
