This grant will help provide education, transportation, and meals to children, said Congressman John Moolenaar. EightCAP does important work to help those in need, and I have voted for grant programs including Head Start, because they fund local organizations and allow them to best serve the children in our community. EightCAP is a community nonprofit that provides assistance and supports solutions to homelessness and housing issues, food and transportation gaps, and poverty, in addition to its early childhood education programs. The $5 million grant is part of the Head Start Projects program of the Department of Health and Human Services. More information about the grant is attached to this release. ### 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
