This was simply a recycled bill House Democrats put forward for a vote in May. In this far left spending package, illegal immigrants and abortion providers would be able receive taxpayer money and federal prisoners would be released. A significant change from the May bill is that this defunds the police by eliminating relief for our local law enforcement. House Democrats planned to use $436 billion in taxpayer dollars to bailout state and local governments, primarily in fiscally mismanaged blue states like California, Illinois and New York.
