Ways and Means Democrats will never stop fighting to unlock the full potential of our economy by giving America’s workers the tools they need to succeed like paid leave, child care, and retirement savings options. We’ve seen how collective bargaining changes lives throughout this year as workers took to the picket lines across the country, securing wage wins and stronger benefits that continue to strengthen our strong jobs market and increase our economic productivity.
