Virtually all D.C. neighborhood parks are within NPS's jurisdiction. Our parks, allowing us to get fresh air, have been our lifelines during this pandemic. My quarterly meetings have become the most effective way for me to hear from constituents and work to resolve concerns on issues related to parks and federal land that fall under the jurisdiction of the National Park Service, Norton said.
