Since the beginning of the year, the office has responded to nearly 342,000 letters, emails, phone calls, and other constituent inquiries — an increase of 32 percent over the same period last year and a 56 percent increase compared to 2023. The Congressional Management Foundation’s Democracy Awards are its signature program to recognize excellence in the day-to-day operations of congressional offices, highlighting outstanding constituent service and office management rather than legislative accomplishments.
