O'Halleran joins 18 colleagues as founding members of the caucus. The group pledges to work across the aisle in pursuit of common sense reforms to Congress and the legislative process. "With trust in Congress at an all-time low, it is clear that partisanship and gridlock are not working. The American people are rightfully fed up and want to see change," said Representative O'Halleran. "The only way we are going to overcome this rut we are in is by putting aside our differences to work together to clean up our government, enforce ethics, and hold our elected leaders to the highest standards.
