Those responsible should be brought to justice swiftly. We have all heard reports that one of the terrorists may have connections to Portland, but it's important not to jump to conclusions or assume the reports are necessarily true. And whether or not the reports are true, we should not forget the many positive contributions the Somali community has made to our state, and we should continue to treat them with the dignity and respect they deserve.
