Plaskett (USVI), Ranking Member on the Subcommittee on the Interior, Energy, and Environment released the following statement regarding a $56,737 grant for the Virgin Islands Administration for Children and Families Family and Youth Services Bureau:Today the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced a $56,737 grant for the Virgin Islands Administration for Children and Families Family and Youth Services Bureau which will be for the Title V Competitive Risk Avoidance Education Program. The purpose of the Program is to implement sexual risk avoidance education that teaches participants how to voluntarily refrain from non-marital sexual activity.
