In a time of increased and unprecedented threats from countries like Syria, Iraq, and other state sponsors of terrorism, which harbor terrorist groups like ISIS, we must take appropriate action to close security gaps and ensure that all travelers are thoroughly screened before they attempt to travel to the United States.
