I want to congratulate the City of Phoenix for raising the 25% matching funds necessary to receive this grant. This $1.1 million dollar grant will go a long way in providing education and occupational training to Phoenix youth who dropped out of high school, who are coming out of the foster care system, and/or have been adjudicated.
