The project expects to create 40 new full-time employment opportunities, most of which will be designated for low-income Arizonans. Rep. Ruben Gallego sent a letter in April to Mark Greenberg, Acting Assistant Secretary for the Administration for Children and Families, in support of CPLC’s grant application. Rep.
