I included the $2 million, specifically for Yutu recovery, in the Additional Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Act, Public Law 116-20 enacted in June. The funds could be particularly helpful in meeting the financial management certification requirements of the Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery program.
