Additionally, the office has requested the Pension Maintenance Center which has jurisdiction for Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) claims to expedite pending pension cases. A VA Benefits Counselor will be at the Saipan VA Clinic located at MH-II Bldg, Suite 206, Marina Heights Business Park in Garapan beginning Monday, November 5, to Thursday, November 8, to answer benefits questions veterans and assist with the claims process.
