The bill comes after several public sources reported that President-elect Donald Trump’s transition team includes top special-interest lobbyists from Wall Street and corporate America. “On the campaign trail, President-elect Trump promised to ‘drain the swamp’ in Washington," said Congressman Sarbanes. “But he’s not living up to that promise by stocking his transition team with corporate lobbyists.
