Leader Scalise highlighted that, instead of voting to improve America’s military readiness and give American soldiers the biggest pay raise in decades, Democrats voted against a critical defense bill. Leader Scalise also condemned the anti-Semitic rhetoric of House Democrats who lambasted Israel, one of America’s longest democratic allies in the Middle East, as “a racist state.” Leader Scalise also discussed the Securing Growth and Robust Leadership in American Aviation Act, which would improve American air travel as problems mount under the Biden Administration. Leader Scalise also discussed upcoming legislation to ensure that schools remain places of learning, instead of shelters for illegal migrants; Scalise noted that, despite falling test scores and stagnating academic performance, Democrats continue to bow to union bosses and partisan pressures to push policies that ultimately hinder students’ growth and wellbeing. Finally, Leader Scalise doubled down on the importance of fair and equal treatment under the law, as House committees hear whistleblower testimony on efforts within the federal government to shield the Biden family from the consequences of their unethical activity.
