This job fair hopes to help reduce that percentage by connecting employers directly with applicants. In addition to hosting the annual Congressional Job Fair, Rep. Sewell founded Project R.E.A.D.Y., a workforce development initiative which offers training workshops conducted throughout the 7th congressional district by career professionals in partnership with educational institutions. On Thursday, July 19, Rep. Sewell hosted three Project R.E.A.D.Y. workshops simultaneously across three cities in Alabama. ### Rep. Terri A. Sewell (D-AL) is serving her fourth term representing Alabama's 7th Congressional district.
