The resolution specifically applauds Kiwanis International, Rotary International, Lions Clubs International, and Optimist International for encouraging and promoting community service and humanitarian assistance through their local chapters. “Volunteerism is fundamental to healthy communities and an important aspect of our country’s shared values,” Rep.
