Working on a team that is fifty percent female, and as a husband, and father of three daughters, I am proud that our team completed training in workplace rights, including sexual harassment, well before it was mandated. Every member of our team deserves the right to a safe and fair work environment, and as a co-sponsor of this Resolution, I commend my colleagues for working to ensure that every Member of Congress and staff completes a program of training in workplace rights and responsibilities annually.
