The USMCA will bring North American trade practices into the 21st Century and allow American industries to be more competitive in the global marketplace. "The USMCA is a win for America's workers, farmers, and manufacturers," Rep. Kelly said. "Free and fair trade in North America is essential to ensuring economic prosperity throughout our Nation."
