I am however, troubled with the lack of dialogue between Congress and the President's Administration. There was absolutely no communication regarding the prisoner swap and the numerous policy changes to current policy. A troubling trend is happening with the President in his willingness to negotiate with terrorist organizations and hostile government regimes without consulting Congress. The President needs to come to Congress moving forward with anymore policy changes that greatly affect this nation's economy and well-being. These policy changes will have a direct impact on Southeast Texas, including economic ones.
