I’m committed to keeping in touch with Iowans.” Grassley has held at least one meeting with Iowans in each of the state’s 99 counties every year since he was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 1980. Grassley will be available for 15 minutes before the meeting at Nashua-Plainfield High School and 15 minutes after the meeting at Mitas Tires to answer questions from local reporters. Otherwise, members of the media should contact the individual host about each event, as Grassley is a guest of each organization.
