H.R. 1402, the VA Expiring Authorities Extension Act of 2013, extends appropriations for the payment of a monthly assistance allowance to disabled veterans training or competing in large-scale adaptive sports programs through FY 2015, and modifies the adaptive sports assistance program to increase competition in grant funding and improve financial oversight.  ### 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
