By putting an end to governance by crisis when it comes to budgeting, we can begin to work together to find real, common sense reforms to the problems that all Americans face. The budget compromise reduces the federal deficit by $23 billion more than under the sequester without raising taxes while providing $63 billion in sequester relief over the next two years. More details about the budget can be found HERE ### Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick is serving his third term in the U.S. House of Representatives. He represents Pennsylvania’s 8th district which includes all of Bucks County as well as a portion of Montgomery County. He serves as the Vice Chairman of the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
