A CSU Stanislaus senior, Montgomery is a political science major from Waterford, CA. During his internship, Montgomery helped staff answer phones, respond to constituent questions, check faxes, email and phone lines, and write letters. He also attended briefings and hearings to learn more about the legislative process and the Congressman’s work on behalf of the 10th district. “Jeff was a tremendous asset to my staff,” said Rep. Denham. “It is always an honor for me to help young people better understand how laws are made on Capitol Hill.
