The bill also increases campus accountability and coordination with law enforcement, and establishes enforceable Title IX penalties and stiffer penalties for violations of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act. “This is a common-sense bill that will combat sexual violence at colleges and universities, like Arizona State University,” Sinema said. ### 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
