These burdensome costs make it difficult for many veterans to take advantage of the Post-9/11 GI Bill’s earned educational benefit. The Reducing Barriers for Veterans Education Act addresses this problem by covering the cost of applications to colleges, graduate schools, and technical and vocational schools under the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
