Relief from sanctions should be conditional on Iran’s compliance with the terms agreed to in the P5+1 talks. Iran must immediately comply with IAEA requests for access to its nuclear facilities, and the United States should consider additional pressure if the Iranian regime refuses to abide by the conditions it has agreed to thus far.
