Her Manchester and Rochester offices will close at a later date determined by the General Services Administration (GSA). While casework staff will keep working to secure resolutions to as many cases as possible, unresolved cases will be transferred according to constituent preference to either of the New Hampshire Senate offices or to the incoming Congressman’s office. Due to confidentiality issues, casework files cannot be transferred without the constituent’s explicit permission. Caseworkers are in the process of communicating with constituents to determine their preferences. Because the Congresswoman’s office will not be able to keep physical copies of casework files past the end of her term, constituents with closed cases may pick up casework correspondence records by request. All remaining physical records will be destroyed.
