Res. 24, resolutions which express congressional disapproval of the Obama administrations greenhouse gas emissions rules: Passage of these resolutions opposing the Obama administrations attack on fossil fuels is a stand for Arkansas economic well-being and will be better for the environment in the long run. The citizens of Arkansas continue to pay the price for the presidents executive actions. We must put an end to the executive branchs out of control policy making, which will cause a loss of American jobs and hurt the bottom line of families across Arkansas.
