Hagar is a member of the Arkansas State Police (ASP) where he has served since 1996. Hecurrently serves as Commander of Troop A, Highway Patrol Division, the largest Field Command in the ASP. His previous assignments include commander of the ASP Executive Protection Section and the ASP training division. He started his law enforcement career with the Sherwood Police Department.
