Terrorism in any form is unacceptable and I fully support Israels right to defend itself from such attacks. Israel is our friend and indispensable partner in the Middle East, and the bond between our two countries has been and always will be unbreakable. I have traveled to the region multiple times and have seen the security situation firsthand. In my years in the Senate, I have been resolute in supporting measures to bolster Israels security and its qualitative military edge in the region.It is important that both sides work together to ensure no more lives are lost.
