Not only is this bill good policy and a step forward in the fight to end wildlife trafficking, but it’s a clear example of how Congress can work together to address the urgent challenges of a complex world. I’m grateful to my friend, Senator Flake, for his tireless efforts and partnership on this important issue.  “We deeply appreciate the hard work of our colleagues in the House, Chairman Royce and Ranking Member Engel, and thank the thousands of individuals in Delaware, in Arizona, and across the country who expressed their support for this bill. We also recognize this bill couldn’t have made it across the finish line without the relentless work of the wildlife and international security advocacy communities. Of course, our work on this issue is not complete. I look forward to continuing to fight against the scourge of wildlife trafficking that threatens iconic wildlife and global security.” Press Contact Jonathan Kott at 202-224-5042 or Jonathan_Kott@coons.senate.gov Print Email Tweet Next Article Previous Article 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
